Long wearing, waterproof gel formula glides onto lips for transfer-proof, non-feathering wear for up to 8 hours. Buttery soft formula provides a precision line for a professional look to the lips. How To Use: Thickly outline lips, starting at the center of the mouth on both the upper and lower lip lines. Follow by applying lipstick or lip gloss, or wear alone. Always close cap tightly after application.
